Ingredients: |
1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. ground lamb (use more beef if you don't want lamb) 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup dried bread crumbs 1 sm. can evaporated milk (undiluted) 2 slightly beaten eggs 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. bay leaves (crushed) 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. cayene pepper |
Directions: |
Combine all ingredients and mix lightly, but thoroughly. Makes 8-10 patties. Fry in skillet 8-10 minutes on each side. |
